Below are our guidelines for refunds and returns.

Prints & Framed Prints

Because prints are made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.

Books

Books purchased through Amazon follow Amazon’s return and refund policy.
Please refer to your Amazon order page for guidance.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for prints or framed items, as each piece is custom-produced.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  • The product is defective

  • The print quality is significantly flawed

  • The order was lost during transit

We will review each case individually.
